Super Biovitality a 100% natural product for internal cleanse, bowel cleansing. Super BioVitality aides in the removal of waste matters, getting rid of accumulated mucoid plaque. For the internal cleanse, bowel cleansing process we suggest the following servings: Three times a day add 1 spoonful (5g) with water or orange juice, stir well and drink. Follow with an 8 ounce glass of water. For best results drink about half-an-hour before meals. Since each person's diet and intestinal situation is different, the dosage of Super BioVitality recommended on the label may need to be adjusted for any particular individual.

Remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day! A good rule of thumb is to drink 1/2 oz of water per pound of body weight (divide your weight by 2 and that is how many ounces of water you should be drinking per day). For example, if you weigh 140 lbs, your suggested fluid intake is 70 ounces of water (8-9 glasses); if you weight 200 lbs, your suggested fluid intake is 100 ounces (12 glasses).

There are typically three stages the body will go through during use:

Stage 1
Within 3-6 days after starting use you may notice excessive dark and odorous bowel.

 Stage 2
During the next 6 to 45 days you may notice yellowish bowel which indicates removal of residual toxins from the intestines. Your skin may begin to show improvement because of purification of the blood and your body's recuperation will become more obvious.

Stage 3
After 45 days, internal cleanse, bowel cleansing is complete; begin daily maintenance.

Daily Maintenance
Continue using Super BioVitality 1-2 times a day to maintain regularity of internal, bowel function, and use as an annual cleanse or cleansing, following the three steps above.
